We are planning ticket price in the $40-$45 range which translates to a total budget of $36K-$45K, The majority of this will be spent on convention space, venues and entertainment. We pledge fiscal accountability. We will set up a discreet business entity for the production of Convergence 8. Our committee includes a member with professional bookkeeping experience and all Convergence 8 business will be conducted via standard bookkeeping practices. Any surpluses in the Convergence 8 accounts will be held for the Convergence 9 committee.
