Kennywood

One of the largest traditional amusement parks in the US. Kennywood features a changing selection of roller coasters, rides, games, and food. Tobacco products are not sold in the park, so be sure to stock up before heading out.

One of Kennywood's sister parks, Sandcastle Water Park features water slides, a wave pool, a speedway, and a bar for those who fear not the yellow face (or at least have strong sunblock).

The National Aviary

Pittsburgh is proud to be the home of the National Aviary. Directions and admission info can be found here. A great stop for goths who dig raptors or have little bats.

The Pittsburgh Zoo

The Zoo features several exhibits with exotic animals and wildlife. In addition, they have recently overhauled its aquarium.

Phipps Conservatory

Phipps is a wonderful greenhouse, full of exotic plant life. Their current feature is the Butterfly Forest.

Inclines
