Dark Greetings, Alt.Gothic. We are pleased to present to you Convergence, Detroit style!
Hotel and Transport
We are very excited about the benefits of going with this hotel. The room rate we were able to negotiate is roughly HALF of what previous hotels were offering, at a reasonal $139/night for the duration of the weekend. The location, within walking distance of the Ford museum, 15-16km from the airport, and they DO have a shuttle service working with the hotel to provide airport transport...contct the hotel for specific details. The beautiful Rotunda Room will showcase our vendors and our art show to great advantage, and the hotel events staff has been wonderful to work with!
In addition, shuttle service has been arranged to and from the venue, the Victorian Tea at the Whitney, the scheduled cemetery tour on Saturday, and the kid's zoo trip on Sunday. Event shuttles will begin first run 30 minutes before scheduled event start time.
