Thursday
Evening
Come visit us at the at The Lizard Lounge, better known as The Church for an informal introduction to Dallas' gothic scene. We will have a section of the club designated as the official meeting point.
Friday
Afternoon/Early Evening
Join us for the Meet & Greet inside the hotel from 4 to 6pm. Beverages and munchies available while you pick up laminates, maps and get to know others.
Late Evening
We have two options available Friday night.
First, we have the opportunity to showcase our local music talent, with a multi-pass entry for clubs around Deep Ellum.
Second, we can show off only a couple local bands, and then have the second half of the evening be DJ'ed dance music.
An after hours ballroom will be designated for those who want to stay up past the scheduled events. This is an informal gathering, which is designed to allow more space than room parties allow. The after hours area is bring your own alcohol, since the bars have closed down. You can purchase alcohol at the local liquor stores.
Saturday
Afternoon
Scarborough Faire
Scarborough Faire is the most recognized renaissance faire in the US. Travel back in time while watching entertainment on 10 stages, shopping in the village or feasting on food fit for a king (now, more vegetarian friendly foods). This will be an additional cost of around $13, which will include ticket and transportation. For more information, visit Scarborough Faire's website.
Vendors' Bazaar
Depending on the wishes of the vendors, the vendors' bazaar might be Saturday and Sunday, or just Sunday. See Sunday afternoon activities for more information.
Spend the afternoon shopping! Keep in mind that Deep Ellum has many retail stores open during the day, so please feel free to shop to your heart's content. For more information on stores in the Dallas area, visit the shopping page.
Dallas also offers many galleries for those interested in the artistic side of the city. Several of these galleries cater to the darker side of the arts, with regular dark art showings and events.
Early Evening
We are working on an event for Saturday early evening.
Late Evening
Tonight will be an evening of national bands.
The after hours room will be available for those who wish to stay up until the wee morning hours. Don't forget to bring your own alcohol to the after hours room if you still want to drink!

Vendors' Bazaar & Art Show
The Vendors' Bazaar & Art Show will be held in one of the hotel ballrooms. Depending on the number of vendors interested in participating, we have up to 43,000 sq. ft. of space available. The Bazaar will be begin at noon, and run until about 6pm.
Evening
