Edouard Locke's famous dance troupe, La La La Human Steps, who toured with David Bowie, have also performed at The Spectrum. It is arguably the city's most popular venue and is used as the location for major events such as the Montréal Jazz Festival and the Montréal FrancoFolies. The club's spacious interior includes a main seating area plus dancefloor and a balcony. Inside the club, hundreds of lights adorn the walls and black velvet curtains hide the stage upon which the unholy festivities of this fallen race shall transpire. The Spectrum is located at 318 Rue Ste Catherine in downtown Montréal, mere blocks away from the official hotel. The main floor, which is the location of the stage and dancefloor, is fully wheelchair accessible.
