I’m putting together a document that’s basically a Convergence bid but done completely in the open, with notes, known gaps, etc that will change over time. It’s not a real bid, at least not yet, but it can be used as a skeleton example of the kind of things a bid committee and event committee should be thinking about when developing their own plans. It finally happened. No bids were submitted. But I have a plan. You suckers are mine, now.

Not even close to done, but that’s okay. The progression will be useful.
