The Belmont & Clark area is well known for it's fabulous "freak friendly" shopping.   Goth, glam, fetish, boots, vintage, military, and rave shops are everywhere and are too numerable to list entirely. Liquor/Alcohol
Alcohol purchases in Chicago can be made at most convenience and grocery stores, as well as numerous liquor stores. Naturally you have to be 21+ with ID to purchase liquor. Alcohol packaged sales are available until 2:00am, establishment sales are usually later.
