About Us

Your friends from Utah invite you to a one-of-a-kind experience in the finest spot in the Rocky Mountains: Park City, Utah!

Convergence 16: Park City is slated for August 13-16, 2010.

We are so thrilled for your vote. Thank you so much!

Need info?

We are no longer accepting applicants for participants.

Use this form for all inquiries. Please note that ALL tickets are Will Call; you will pick them up on Friday evening at the Meet & Greet (or later, if needed). No tickets are mailed. If you need to check on the status of your ticket, use this form.

Getting to Park City from the Airport

We have set up a group rate for ground transportation with All Resorts Express (Lewis Stages). The quoted price is $30 per person each way, which is quite a good rate all in all.

Reservations, pre payments, and pre-scheduled rides can be made at this link: https://www.allresort.com/corporategroups/reservations.aspx?grpid=7155&tmpid=6440&tmpl=1

This is only one option, you are all free to explore others. However, this is most likely the cheapest rate you will find.

Hotel

Bookings are now open! Please note before you book:

  • Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Treasure Mountain Inn is not your usual corporate hotel, and as such, has some different policies than you might be used to.
  • Rooms at the official hotel are limited, so book as early as possible!
  • However, please note that cancellations and transfers will be difficult, at best, so don't book until you're sure you will be attending.

Ready? Go to the Convergence 16 booking site at Treasure Mountain Inn to reserve your room.

Theme

Ghosts of the Old West. Park City has cred as a former Ghost Town, and our theme will mirror the gritty Old West Victorian era: saloons and dance halls, with a touch of steam punk in the fashion of Wild Wild West.

Note this craziness: a convergence bid site... without a black background. Shocking, I know.
